Panagiotis Bardatsos, also known as Peter, is currently one of the United States' Elite Taekwondo Team members. Peter has been a member of the United States National Team since 1993 and has competed in many international competitions. Peter is approximately 6 foot 2 inches and competes in the Heavyweight division, over 187 lbs. Peter has been a noted champion and leader in the martial arts for many years.


He is a six-time US National Team Member and the Captain of the1999 Panam Games Team, 1998 team and 1997 World Taekwondo Championships Team, held in Hong Kong, China. He has won at the Panam Games, Pan American Championships, US Open, Canadian Open and Japan Open. Peter is one of the most successful athletes in Taekwondo. He was 9 years old when he first began studying the Korean Martial Art of Taekwondo. Peter has won Gold at several National Taekwondo Championships, including the US Team Trials, US Nationals and US Olympic Festival. His ultimate goal is to is to receive an Olympic gold medal as a middleweight competitor at the

2000 Games at Sydney, Australia.
